Check-in / Security, what to expect

We’ve been super lucky to partner with Department of Water and Power and get access to their incredible venue. However, as one of the more secure buildings in LA that means a little bit from all of us. Think of it like going to a hack-a-thon in an airport terminal.

The main facility doors will be locked for the weekend, we’ll be entering the building and using “Level A” underneath the fountain / “moat.” Here’s what the entrance will look like

• Doors open at 8am
• Please be prepared for bag inspection and metal detectors
• Every attendees must be pre-registered and show photo ID
• No sharps, weapons, or hazardous items. If in doubt, don’t bring it.
• NO WALK UPS, registered attendees only.
• Attendees will be limited to accessing Level A of the building only
